Service Description

Assistance with birth plan about your birth options. Three prenatal visits to discuss your birth plan, nutrition, Two yoga sessions (prenatal yoga). Attendance with your care provider, midwife, and/or OB/GYN 24/7 on call support (text, video, phone) 36 weeks until time of birth. Immediate postpartum support following the birth of your baby up to 2 hours. Four postnatal visits in home (2.5 hours each home visit). One postnatal visit is postnatal yoga. Light housekeeping. Errands.
