Assistance with birth plan about your birth options. Three prenatal visits to discuss your birth plan, nutrition, Two yoga sessions (prenatal yoga). Attendance with your care provider Midwife and/or OB/GYN 24/7 on call support (text, video, phone) 36 weeks until time of birth. Immediate postpartum support following the birth of your baby up to 2 hours. 3 postpartum visits in home (2 hours each home visit). Light house keeping. Errands.
