Service Description

Having a doula even for your home birth. This plan is for home births only. We will discuss what your midwife discusses with you as well as providing yoga therapy in the process. We are on call 24/7 from 37 weeks until birth. We will support you and your partner/support person during the labor and delivery by providing support, encouragement, and anything else you will need. We will offer breathing techniques, yoga poses for labor, and other comfort measures for you. The package includes the following: Assistance with birth plan about your birth options. Affirmation Cards 2 prenatals 2 prenatal yoga therapy sessions. 24/7 on call support 36 weeks until time of birth. Immediate postpartum support following the birth up to 2 hours. 1 postpartum visit (at home visit ~ 1 hour *Payment Plans are available*
